HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH COUNSELING?

You can contact us via email, phone or text. If you prefer, we can do an initial assessment by telephone prior to the first session.

WHAT IS A FIRST COUNSELING SESSION LIKE?

The first session will include a few business items at the beginning of the session. Then, the rest of the session is focused on getting to know you and identifying your goals for treatment.

HOW DO I KNOW IF A PROVIDER AT RIDGELINE IS A FIT FOR ME?

The first session can be awkward or vulnerable for a new client. We encourage new clients to give your provider 3-4 sessions to decide if they are a good fit.
