As your trauma recovery coach, we will build off of the regulating and reprocessing you are engaging in psychotherapy. Our relationship will focus on practical application of your psychotherapy. We will identify current triggers in your life and how to implement your skills. Each treatment plan will be tailored to your current needs combining individual sessions, trigger exposure, weekly check-ins, as well as continued assessment of progress.

Carly Moss provides student athlete support for athletes of any age or level of experience. Drawing on her personal experience in athletics, academics and mental health from her four years at the University of Kentucky, Carly will work with the student athlete to identify the following: 

  • Your current strengths and weakness

  • Your core values and goals for you time as a student athlete

  • Potential roadblocks to success

  • How to build off your upcoming success
